Vincent Smith, the owner of StorageBox has been involved in the self-storage industry since
2004. In 2013, he identified a need for a more convenient and transportable storage
solution. With teamwork and a customer-first approach driving their operations, StorageBox

The idea for StorageBox began with a simple question: Why does storage have to be so

Vincent knew there had to be a better way.

Core Team

Vincent Smith – as the founder of StorageBox mobile storage stolutions in 2013, Vincent has
grown this micro company from very small origins. Customers satisfaction is a core value
and this is imperative that all our team work with this approach.

Joe Meade – Since 2018 Joe has been the back bone of the StorageBox Storage Solution.
He is a vital team member, checking the logistics of each delivery, organising the scheduling
and routing of deliveries and collections. Joe is an excellent driver and takes great pride in
being on time for every customer. Joe will go that extra bit for anyone to make their move
less stressful.

Nicole Wade – the StorageBox office is managed with great care by Nicola, who will talk
each customer through all of the details at every stage of the StorageBox process. She is
excelend communication skills and checks all the details are correct with great attention to
detail. Nicola works tirelessly in our office to ensure that the customer has a pleasant and
professional experience with StorageBox from quotation through to goods being returned at
end of our service.

Niall Dempsey – the newest full time team member, Niall has been with StorageBox since
early 2024. A core part of our logistics team, Niall is also an excellent driver. He takes great
care of all our goods in custody in our warehouse and keeps checks on all our vehicles and
delivery trailers.

His hands-on leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction are the driving forces behind the company’s success. Vincent ensures that every team member shares the same passion for making storage as easy as possible.

Joe Meade – Logistics and Transport

Joe joined StorageBox in 2018 and has been the backbone of our delivery and collection
operations ever since. A master of logistics, Joe plans, routes, and executes each job with
care and precision. Known for his punctuality and professionalism, he consistently goes the
extra mile to make each customer’s experience smooth and stress-free.

Nicole Wade – Customer Service and Office Manager

Nicole is the friendly voice and detail-oriented mind behind our customer interactions. From
your first quote to the return of your goods, she guides customers through every step of the
process. With excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, Nicole ensures each
customer enjoys a helpful, professional experience.

Niall Dempsey – Warehouse and Fleet Operations

Joining the team in early 2024, Niall plays a vital role in both logistics and warehouse
management. He takes great care of customers’ belongings in our secure facilities,
maintains the condition of our vehicles and trailers, and supports delivery operations with a calm and capable presence.
